About Christina

I offer in-person counselling in Eastbourne and online therapy across the UK, dedicated to helping adults aged 18 and above improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. I specialise in providing high-quality therapy services for individuals struggling with perfectionism, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, work-related issues, and challenges in their relationships. I also have a limited number of spaces for counselling students.
Many people I work with have spent much of their lives looking after others - emotionally or practically - often putting their own needs to one side, and come to therapy wanting to understand those patterns more deeply.
My integrative approach combines humanistic and psychodynamic modalities, providing adaptability to each client and a strong focus on client wellbeing. My goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful changes in their lives and build a better relationship with themselves and others.
I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
